To keep abreast with times and competition, Allspot has also ventured into few other areas such as food, agriculture and other industries in order to provide a variety of services to our customers. With our expertise we can custom-make designs and products to meet customer demands, without compromising on quality.
COMMITMENT & QUALITY ASSURANCE
In all technicalities, Allspot has five vacuum forming machines and six die-cutting machines.
In terms of workforce, we have skilled manpower to make a variety of mold for vacuum forming, die-casting, plastic injection and investment casting mold in a time efficient manner.
We are also very much experienced in electronic component packing; handling silicon control and dust control for food packaging. This gives us an edge compared to others in the market; as we can develop new designs at a fraction of the cost.
Allspot also has eight units of CNC vertical machining centres, five CNC lathes, one CNC auto lathes, three grinding machine and three EDMs.
Apart from mold-making, we also manufacture precision machine parts and fixtures. On top of that, we design fixtures for machining and its casting parts.
Currently, we have five-axis CNC machining centres to make most of the difficult setting parts in one setting. Our molding knowledge and expertise are used extensively to make those difficult parts in order to produce quality materials at an affordable rate.
